In this week's conversation, Aaron and Kevin discuss the importance of understanding Biblical places, dates, and names that we encounter when reading the Scriptures.
We often skip over these important historical pieces and jump right to "what does this Bible passage mean for my life" instead of first reading the Bible in the context to which it was written.
With that in mind, this conversation talks about some important historical facts in the Gospel of Mark, particularly who Herod is as we read in Mark 6.
