As we wrap up our study of Isaiah 40:1-11, the people of God are beckoned to get up on a high mountain, lift up their voices, and proclaim the good news of salvation that they have. But, to do it without fear.
Why is it included that they should lift up their voices without fear?
Because, most people are fearful about putting themselves out there and proclaiming the good news of Jesus.
And yet, that's the reason that we have been saved. We've been saved for a purpose. To proclaim the name of Jesus Christ!
